January marks eight months since we launched the FIVP Practice Matters podcast – and what an eight months it has been.
Across 20 episodes we have met an array of fascinating guests from across the veterinary sector. We’ve learned about social media and practice radio with entrepreneur Dr Katie Ford, and client care with Alison Lambert. Dr Neil Forbes has shared shocking research about practice hygiene, while the Bella Moss Foundation explained why this is so vital to everyday practice life.
We’ve also promoted the fantastic work of our very own member practices, including House and Jackson Veterinary Hospital, Fife Exotic Vets and Westport Veterinary Clinic. Independent practices are always welcome on the podcast to share their exciting news and their experiences of practice management.
And there is much more to come, as we are excited to announce that FIVP Practice Matters is returning for Series 2 on Tuesday, 14 January.
We’ll be introducing a whole new selection of guests, as well as some familiar voices, as we continue our commitment to keeping independent practices part of the conversation. In this new series we’ll discuss practice finance with Dr Katie Ford, and we’ll also consider how you can protect the sustainability in your practice.
And keeping up with the podcast is now easier than ever, as we are delighted to share that FIVP Practice Matters will not only be on Spotify, but also on Apple Podcasts! You can follow the podcast on Spotify here, or find our new Apple Podcasts page here.
