Ian speaks to DR KEVIN EATWELL, the UK’s only triple-boarded exotics specialist, and his veterinary nurse colleague ERIKA FEILBERG about the process of setting up the new practice, his ethos and values, and how his experience teaching veterinary students inspired him. Kevin will explain the role of a supportive team dynamic in practice, and Erika will share why it is so important that veterinary nurses feel valued and heard.
