This year we will be beginning our visits to university careers fairs with the University of Nottingham Vet Careers Fair on Saturday, 5 October 2024.
This careers fair is a chance for us to speak with veterinary students in their fourth year or fifth year about the exciting opportunities that await them in independent practice. Our team will explain why a career in independent practice could be the best choice for them, as well as sharing some of your job roles and EMS opportunities with them.
We will also speak with students in earlier stages of their studies, to promote the unique value of independent practice to the veterinary profession.
All students that visit our stand can pick up an FIVP tote bag, packed with useful information and extra goodies to support them with finding their next veterinary opportunity.
Students will be able to find us from 11am-3pm at The Vet School on the University of Nottingham’s Sutton Bonington Campus (LE12 5RD).
